Adventures in Learning encourages anyone who is interested to call, stop in, or send an email to adventuresoffice1@gmail.com.  We prefer people who have the required classes and some prior experience, but we are willing to train, if it is the right person to fit our center.  Teachers hired should be flexible, motivated, creative, patient, able to talk well with parents, able to work well as a team, and have a general love for helping kids learn and grow.  Our low teacher/child ratios make our center a great place to work.  Also, the flexible work schedule is something the teachers appreciate.  We offer health insurance, dental insurance, a free $15,000 life insurance policy, participation in an IRA program, vacation, and paid holidays (full time employees).  Generally, our starting pay is $12-18/hour, depending on education and experience.
